Join us at the 2017 Blue Star Metropolitan Sustainability Awards as we recognise, celebrate and reward the sustainability initiatives of NSW metropolitan councils, businesses and community groups.

The Blue Star Awards recognises a range of projects across a broad range of sustainability areas and in particular community engagement and education that all help to Keep NSW Beautiful.

Being truly ‘sustainable’ means addressing the entire spectrum of environmental, social and economic factors.

The event will be hosted by 2016 Blue Star Award winner, Randwick City Council on Tuesday 14 November 2017.

The day will kick-off at the Prince Henry Centre with a morning of waste and recycling presentations and projects from prominent industry representatives and councils followed by the awards presentation luncheon at which the Overall Council Award for 2017 will be announced. At the conclusion of lunch a complimentary bus will take delegates on a tour of the Randwick Council Sustainability Hub.
