Now taking bookings for 2016!

EnviroMentors is the country’s leading mobile incursion-based environmental education program, visiting 44,000+ school students each year, reaching every corner of NSW with
sustainability workshops. EnviroMentors modules provide a range of education services to improve community awareness and engagement on local sustainability issues and initiatives.

Like other KNSWB programs, EnviroMentors focuses on motivating communities to participate in simple and practical ways to improve their local environment.

Our team are qualified teachers as well as experts in sustainability.

The EnviroMentors offer a series of different workshops that cover a multitude of environment issues. All modules are designed to engage students through movement and fun activities. The pace of the workshops are mixed by incorporating games and dramatic play to keep children engrossed and actively learning for the whole session.

The workshops combine immediate and practical lessons for how students can reduce their environmental footprint, while imparting crucial ideas about why this is important.

Modules are tailored for Early Stage 1-3 (Stage 1: Years 1 & 2; Stage 2: Years 3 & 4; Stage 3: Years 5 & 6) with age-appropriate activities.

EnviroMentors use visuals, props and interactive participation to ensure that all learning styles are catered for and each and every student goes home armed with valuable lessons and motivated
to live more sustainably.

Workshops run for about an hour with educators conducting up to four sessions per day. Schools receive a certificate of participation acknowledging councils funding and a USB of activities for teachers to follow up learning after the workshop.
