Sustainable Cities Seminar & Awards 2018

Join us at the 2018 Sustainable Cities Seminar and Awards as we recognise, celebrate and reward  the sustainability initiatives of NSW metropolitan councils, businesses and community groups.

The event will be hosted by 2017 Sustainable Cities (formerly Blue Star) Award winner, Blacktown City Council on Wednesday 17 October 2018 at Featherdale Wildlife Park, Sydney’s ultimate native wildlife experience.

The day will kick-off with a morning of topical waste and recycling presentations and projects by prominent industry experts followed by the awards presentation and an Aussie BBQ lunch with beer and wine. At the conclusion of the formalities, guests are welcome to explore the park which is home to over 1,700 Australian native animals from more than 250 different species and serves as Australia’s largest native collection. Be sure to arrive on time in the morning for a unique close-up animal encounter!
